The Division of Student Affairs supports the academic mission of the Missouri University of Science and Technology by preparing students to assume roles of leadership, involvement and service as productive citizens in a culturally diverse, technologically sophisticated and increasingly complex society. It includes developing effective and efficient services and programs for students through the various departments within Student Affairs.
Missouri S&T is a vibrant educational
community and Student Affairs takes pride in furthering the university's
mission by encouraging and enhancing student learning in and out of the
classroom. We are a student-centered community; our dedication to providing
students with personal attention from staff committed to students' academic and
personal success is paramount.
Student Affairs programs and services encourage the development of essential
skills that foster personal growth during and beyond the college years.
We provide programs and services that promote the development of life
experiences; affirming our belief that these essential skills are best
developed when students extend themselves by choosing to become engaged in
campus life. The opportunities to become involved at Missouri S&T are
plentiful and diverse.
The Division of Student Affairs inspires students to engage and succeed in
their individual pursuit of learning as they transform into dynamic leaders.
